You will be considered an official CIE applicant only once you have registered fully on www.israelforfree.com (including your deposit payment) AND completed STEPS 1 & 2.
Applicants will be accepted to the Taglit-Birthright Israel: CIE program on a first come, first served basis. Please note that a certain percentage of the allocated spaces are distributed on a discretionary basis. For more detail on this, please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions page.
2) “Is that it? What do I do next?” Once we receive your initial application you will be contacted by a local CIE representative to schedule a mandatory trip interview.
Remember - you must first ensure that you: • Completed your online registration form at www.israelforfree.com • Made payment online on application • Signed and sent the first 2 forms: General Policies and Refund Policy • Sent a photocopy of your valid passport
Stay tuned! Steps 3, 4, and 5 will be required later – you will be advised accordingly.

ATTENTION ISRAELI CITIZENS: |
If you were born in Israel, we require proof that you have resided in Canada since the age of 12. If either you or your parents were born in Israel, you must contact the Consulate or Embassy of Israel to enquire if you should obtain an Israeli passport and Army exemption papers. We encourage you to begin this process immediately. You will not be accepted on a CIE program if you do not obtain these papers prior to departure.

3) “Once I apply, how will I be contacted by Canada Israel Experience?” We communicate (most often) via email. However, most email filters classify our messages as Junk Mail. Please ensure that your email address can accept emails from the following domains: @canadaisraelexperience.com, @israelforfree.com, @birthrightisrael.com, @ujafed.org | |
