We’re thrilled that you have decided to embark upon this unforgettable journey to Israel with Canada Israel Experience!

THE APPLICATION – Here’s what you need to do once registration is open:

STEP 1: “WHERE DO I APPLY?”

Once registration opens, go to WWW.ISRAELFORFREE.COM and register. Complete all sections including deposit payment (this is called Section 8). Registration can only be submitted online.

STEP 2: “WILL I RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM YOU?”

YES, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from Taglit- Birthright Israel. Click on the link in the e-mail message to confirm your e-mail address. THIS IS A MUST! We communicate with applicants via e-mail. Most e-mail domains classify our messages as Junk Mail (i.e. Hotmail). Please ensure that your system can accept e-mails from the following domains:

@canadaisraelexperience.com;

@israelforfree.com;

@birthrightisrael.com;

@ujafed.org

STEP 3: “WHICH FORMS DO I NEED TO SUBMIT?”

Return to www.israelforfree.com. Print & sign the following 2 forms:

Refund Policy

Please note forms for Spring/Summer 2010 will not be accessible until registration opens (February 16^th at 12 Noon E.S.T. for past applicants; February 17^th at 12 Noon E.S.T. for new applicants).

STEP 4: “DO I NEED TO SUBMIT ANYTHING ELSE?”

YES, along with your General Policies Form and Refund Policy Form, you need to submit a copy of your valid passport to your local Canada Israel Experience office. A valid passport is one that expires a minimum of 6 months after your return date (i.e. if you return from Israel on May 15, 2010, your passport must expire no earlier than November 15, 2010.)

“AM I AUTOMATICALLY ACCEPTED?” NO - Please note that the CIE application process works primarily on a first come, first served basis, based on the date and time you complete the online application process and submit your deposit and forms.
