Lead A CIE Trip

One of the most positive outcomes of a Canada Israel Experience – Taglit-Birthright Israel trip is when a participant chooses to give back to our organization and community, by joining our dynamic team of Madrichim (trip leaders) at CIE.  The trip-leader has the enormous responsibility of shaping the experience for a peer group of young Jewish adults that will impact their lives for years to come.  This unique leadership opportunity requires a special commitment from all of our Madrichim in preparing them to have the skills which provide the best possible experience. Our training is ONLY open to those living in Canada.

The challenge for YOU is great, but the payoff is greater!  We involve all Madrichim in supplemental training sessions and workshops up until their departure date to Israel.  What you will gain through our guidance and insight will provide you with a tremendous opportunity to develop and finely tune many important skills and abilities in your professional lives.  These above assets, coupled with the unbelievable network of Jewish leaders you will interact with, truly makes this aspect of Canada Israel Experience unique and fulfilling!
